All visitor information must be informed in advance to our Reception staff, including number of visitors, names and the time they will arrive and depart. Visitors must leave a photo ID with Security.
Visitors are only allowed in public areas, not in the guest room.
Guests must collect their visitors at Reception.
Visitors can stay for a maximum of 2 hours without charge. Over 2 hours will be charged at 3,000,000 VND per person. Over 6 hours will be charged at 6,000,000 VND per person. All charges will be billed to the guest’s room account.
